About Goody’s Gives
One of the first things Goody's did under its new ownership was to develop the Goody's Gives program. First, to help public school students and other kids help themselves, Goody's built a user-friendly program to encourage kids to sell our amazing popcorns directly to their friends and neighbors to raise money for things that school districts could not provide. Second, Goody's donates $5 from every popcorn tin and gift set sold to a fund for public education, and administers a microgrant program for public school teachers to help make up for the shortfall between their kids' needs and their funding.

Goody's owners both have parents who were public school teachers. Both attended public school and both have children currently in public school. Together, they run their children's public school's Parent Teacher Organization. They truly understand the unmet needs of public school teachers and children.
